Overview
The Aimidi Curve V8 features 20700 batteries for long vaping times, a whopping 240 watts of power, a TFT color display, a wide range of output modes and is available in yellow, white or black.
With a size that comes in at 101mm x 58mm x 43mm, this mod is somewhat larger than similar dual battery mods. With a rubberized finish and rounded design, the appearance is very basic, but ergonomic. At the top, you will find a standard 510 connector that supports atomizers up to 25mm in diameter, without overhang. On the front, there’s a power button, two adjustment buttons and a 1.33inch full color TFT display. The menu on the screen looks nice and has all vape data — resistance, battery level, mode, etc… — you may need to access. The screen also has the ability to display a Real Time Clock.
The Curve V8 utilizes dual 20700 batteries for extended vaping times, but is also compatible with 18650 batteries with an included adapter. Micro USB charging technology allows for the cells to be charged while inside the mod at a fast 2.5A current, so there’s no need for an external charger. How to access the cells is unknown but, by looking at the pictures, the only place for a battery door would be at the bottom. On the technical level, the unit supports power mode, temperature control mode with nickel, titanium, stainless steel and a TCR mode. The highest temperature output is 570 degrees Fahrenheit while the minimum resistance is a super low 0.05ohm.
