Eleaf Istick Pico Dual
The Eleaf Istick Pico Dual is the updated version of the Eleaf’s 75W Pico Mod. The Pico Dual features a massive 200 watts of power, a compact form factor, quick charging, a full range of TC compatibility, ramp-up firing, dual 18650 batteries (not included) and can be used as a power bank to charge any USB device.
Powered By Dual 18650 Batteries
Unlike its 75 watt predecessor, the Pico Dual utilizes two batteries to allow for its massive power output over extended periods of time. Batteries are loaded from the bottom via a one-of-a-kind battery door that simply flips open and is built with ventilation holes to keep the cells cool. Charging the cells is convenient: simply plug the unit into any USB outlet. Or, you can buy the Avatar adapter for quicker charging at 1.5A. This mod also features cell balancing/trickle charging to ensure safer operation by always charging the batteries to equal voltage levels! The unit can also serve as a power bank by plugging any smart phone or tablet into its innovative Reverse charging adapter (RC). The RC easily hooks up to the 510 connection to transfer power to any USB device.
Massive 200 Watts of Power with Buck Boost
The maximum power output of the Eleaf Istick Pico Dual is 200 watts, the maximum temperature output is 315 degrees Celsius and the lowest resistance comes in at 0.05ohm. The device can be fired in these modes: variable wattage, temperature control (TC) with nickel, TC with titanium, TC with stainless steel and three TCR modes for the most accurate resistance settings. The mod also features a preheat system so that coils can be fired with higher initial power. Simply set the number of seconds and power level to preheat the coils. A new Buck-Boost system also ensures steady power output. The unit is firmware upgradeable in case new features are released. This ensures the mod stays up-to-date with the most current vape technology.
Dual circuit protection on both the hardware and software levels protect against over-charging, over-current and over-discharging. And, reverse polarity protection prevents mod damage in case you insert batteries the wrong way.
Display with Four Options
The OLED on the control face looks to be the same as previous Pico box mods. But, the interface has been changed to easily customize the information that is displayed. There are four separate ways device stats can be shown: the puff style interface, the voltage style interface, the simplified interface and the total seconds puffed interface.
What’s really amazing about the Pico Dual Mod is that the mod is very compact, yet can power up to 200 watts. Its dimensions come in at just 46mm x 44mm x 75mm, making it one of the smallest dual battery mods in the market place. The unit can be purchased in a wide range of colors: cyan, red, grey, silver, white or black. At the top, you will find a 510 connection bezel that is threaded for easy atomizer installs and measures 25mm across to allow for larger builds or tanks.
Overall, if you liked the 75 watt version of the Pico Mod, you are sure to choose the Istick Pico Dual as your go-to mod when you leave the house. With higher power and amazing technology in a compact form factor, this mod is bound to be extremely popular. If you choose to purchase the Pico Dual Starter Kit, you will also receive a Melo III Mini Tank. It features a detachable structure, invisible airflow control, a top fill system and a 2ml tank capacity.
