Overview

The Ijoy 360 Kit is a bundled setup that includes the Exo 360 watt TC box mod and the Exo XL Tank. The mod features 360 watts of output, can be powered by either two or four cells and has a 30mm atomizer bezel for compatibility with larger atomizers. The EXO XL features a 5ml top filled tank that utilizes high wattage coils and is built with massive airflow slots. The kit is available in black, yellow, red or blue.

At first sight, the EXO 360 mod looks a lot like the Ijoy Maxo. It features a similar design with the same form factor, but the control face has been moved from the front to the front/side of the device. The mod measures 58mm x40mm x84mm and weighs 196g without the batteries installed. Although not listed in the specifications, the device is porbably made of zinc alloy for longevity, ergonomics and to keep it as light as possible. At the top, you will see a 30mm wide 510 connection with a springloaded center pin for easy installs with large diameter atomizers.

The OLED on looks to have a brand new menu with larger font in a vertical orientation. On the screen, you can easily see the unit’s current configuration that includes current mode, current power, current voltage, current resistance, puff time and battery level. The menu is easily navigated with two triangular shaped adjustment buttons underneath. The fire button’s location is unknown but looks to be moved to the top or has been changed to a stealth trigger. We will have to wait to see the exact mechanics as Ijoy has released only minimal specifications at this point.

What sets this mod apart from the Maxo is that you can utilize either four or two 18650 batteries. With two cells installed, the maximum power output tops out at 220 watts, while four batteries will allow for a whopping 360 watts. Batteries look to be loaded from the bottom and are easily retrieved via a hinged battery door that conveniently flips open. Or, you can use the USB port to top off the cells while they are installed in the device.

The chip that powers the EXO 360 is unknown, but if it is an IWEPAL board, you will be able to fire down to a resistance of just 0.06Ω with any coil wire type including titanium, nickel or stainless steel.

The EXO XL Tank in this kit has a similar design to the popular Ijoy XL tank and matches the color of the mod. Ijoy has stated that the tank has improved on many levels. The top filled tank reservoir can hold up to 5ml instead of 4ml and has a larger diameter at 26mm. Plus, the tank uses brand new coils that can handle up to a massive 215 watts of power. Included in this bundle, you will receive the 0.3ohm XL-C2 Coil that fires from 40 to 80 watts and also the 0.15ohm XL-C4 Coil that can be used in the range of 50 to 215 watts. If you enjoy coil building, there are also three alternate build decks that can be purchased separately.

On the bottom of the EXO XL Tank, there’s a 510 connection pin that is built with a 24K gold center pin for maximum electrical conductivity with minimal voltage drop. And, airflow is massive and is adjusted by rotating the AFC ring on the base.
