Overview
The iJoy Luna 2 is the next-generation pod kit by iJoy and the follow-up to the popular Luna Pod System. The new device features a more powerful 650mAh battery and 16 watts of power, almost double the capability of the previous device. Yet, the new kit is still ultra-portable, thanks to dimensions of only 12.5mm by 22.5mm by 109mm. And the matte finish is available in aurora green, hot red, pacific blue, and jet black.
With the Luna 2, you’ll get a new generation mesh coil infamous for producing incredible flavor, vapor, and faster firing response time. Not much other info is available regarding this coil, but it looks like it is ideal for nicotine salt-based vape juices or other high-nicotine e-liquids for a mouth-to-lung puff. Unfortunately, airflow does not look to be adjustable.
You can’t swap out the coil inside the 3mL pod, so you’ll need to buy a new cartridge every time the coil meets its lifespan or burns out. But, the lifespan of the coil is 21 to 30ml, which means you can refill it up to 10 times before it needs to be swapped out. Adding vape juice to the cartridge is also quite easy. Simply find the juice port on the side, hidden behind a stopper, and use any juice bottle to top off the reservoir.
The iJoy Luna 2 Pod Kit is built with an updated Univ. The mini chipset permits firing with up to 16 watts of power. Power is regulated, which indicates that performance should remain stable over time, even if the battery is draining.
And, with a battery capacity of 650mAh, this small setup should allow for all-day vaping without a recharge. A Type-C charging port at the bottom can replenish the cell relatively fast thanks to a 1.5 amp current. A charging cable is also included in the package.
