Overview
From a design perspective, the Laisimo Gaish Mod looks to be quite unique. Available in yellow, black, red, white and gunmetal, this mod is made from zinc alloy material for durability and features rounded contours for a modern appearance. The general theme of the device is that of a race car’s dashboard. On the control face, you will see a 1.33 inch round full color screen that utilizes a speedometer-type interface with current temperature or wattage depending on the firing mode. A silver fire button is located on the side and looks to be ergonomic for easy operation. The top of the unit has a stainless steel atomizer bezel that is compatible with any 510 build or tank.
Technically, the Gaish Speed Box Mod is capable of 22o watts of power, a max 600 degrees Fahrenheit and a minimum resistance of 0.05ohm. The temperature control modes are compatible with nickel, titanium and stainless steel heads and there’s also the ability to enter TCR data for very accurate variable temperature operation. Powering the mod are dual 18650 batteries, but the unit can also operate with a single cell, albeit with a reduced max output of 80 watts. To ensure safe operation, the Gaish Speed is built with a wide range of safety protections that prevent low resistance, puffs that are too long, wrong battery insertion and overheating.
The Gaish Tank in this kit has a 25mm diameter and is made from stainless steel with Pyrex glass tube. The tank’s reservoir is capable of storing up to 4ml of juice and is refilled via a hinged top cap that flips open to expose a fill port. At the bottom of the device, you will find dual large air intake slots — that can be widely adjusted to your favorite setting. Included, you will receive an oversized black Delrin drip tip that resists heat so you won’t burn your lips. And, there are two different low to mid wattage coils included with purchase. These are a 0.4ohm Gaish single head that fires from 40 to 80 watts and a 0.15ohm gaish dual coil that should be used between 30 and 70 watts. As an added bonus, you may also use TFV8 Baby coils with this atomizer.
