Overview
The L1 is a brand new box mod from Laisimo, the makers of the Snow Wolf line of box mods. It features a large full color, high definition OLED display, an enormous 200W power output and temperature control. It was designed with both the beginner and seasoned vaper in mind.
The mod is impressively designed and looks almost like a smart phone. Its body is made from high quality zinc & aluminum alloy to make sure it is resistant to scratching, rust and to enhance durability. It’s also quite light and its curved design makes it ergonomic and gives it a sleek look.
What’s sure to turn heads is the L1’s 2.4 inch OLED screen which is the largest display on any box mod. It is full color, has high definition resolution and features an easy to use menu. It displays battery level, current mode, current time, temperature, voltage, power output and puff duration. Via the menu, you can also access up to five unique profiles to make sure you can easily switch settings when installing another atomizer. Best of all, you can upload your own wallpaper to display as the screen’s background.
With 200W of maximum output. the L1 packs quite a punch. Wattage is adjustable in increments of 5 Watts. The L1 is also temperature control capable in the range of 212°F to 572°F and can fire atomizers with resistance as low as 0.05Ω. Temperature control mode is compatible with all types of coils including nickel, titanium and stainless steel. With these specs, there’s no doubt that the L1 will support your atomizer, build or sub ohm tank.
The L1 also has its own app which accesses the mod via Bluetooth 4.0. To keep up with future technologies, the unit is also firmware upgradeable.
The mod is powered by two 18650 external batteries which can be found behind its magnetized battery panel. Swapping batteries has never been easier. But, if that seems like a hassle, the L1 can also be charged via the USB port near the bottom.
Safety features are also not missing on this box mod. It includes, overheat, short circuit, low resistance, low voltage, high voltage and reverse polarity protections
