The GeekVape Aegis Legend 5 relies on the long-standing Z Series (Zeus) coil ecosystem, specifically designed to pair with the Z Sub-Ohm Tank (2021 Edition) that comes standard in the kit. The GeekVape Aegis Legend 5 includes the updated Z XM mesh heads for increased longevity.
When you bought the kit, two Z Series coils were included: the Z0.15 XM (0.15Ω, 70W–85W) pre-installed for maximum vapor, and the Z0.4 XM (0.4Ω, 50W–60W) spare for extended flavor and life.

Cross-Brand & Series Compatibility

Z Series (Zeus) Mesh Coils: The Legend 5 is backward compatible with all original Zeus/Z mesh coils, including the 0.25Ω dual-coil and the original 0.4Ω non-XM variants.

Z Max (M Series) Coils: These coils are physically too wide for the Z Sub-Ohm Tank included with this kit and will not fit into the chimney assembly.

P Series Coils: These are designed for Aegis pod-mods and utilize a different diameter and O-ring configuration that is incompatible with the Legend 5 tank.
Avoid These Non-Compatible Coils
