80 Watts Of Output
In keeping with the design of previous Voopoo Argus devices, such as the Argus GT, the Argus X mod features 80 watts of power generated by a single 18650 battery. This power level is achieved thanks to a GENE.TT chipset also features ultra-fast firing and the ability to charge the battery while it is on board with an included USB-C cable. Changing the wattage output or other settings is easily performed through a full-color TFT display screen, but unfortunately, we don’t yet have the details regarding the user interface. And perhaps the best aspect of the Voopoo Argus X is its ability to operate in three modes: ranking, smart, and RBA. We will provide additional details on these modes very soon.
4.5mL PnP Tank
Each Argus X Pod Kit comes with a 4.5mL cartridge that can perform as a pod or tank and utilizes Pnp coils for flavorful vapor production. This atomizer is a brand new concept as it works in two different forms: on its own, it is the perfect match for the Voopoo Argus X, but with a 510 base, it will work with any atomizer. Moreover, refilling this tank can be done with just one hand via a bottom juice port, and double air intake slots are fully adjustable for smooth, big vapor production. With purchase, you’ll also get two different coils. The first is the PnP-VM6 head for DL vaping, which has a 0.15ohm heating element and works in the range of 60 to 80 watts. Or you may prefer the included 0.3ohm Pnp-VM1 that also directs vapor straight to the lungs and works from 32 to 30 watts.
Portable Design
Since the Argus X mod is the single 18650 version of the Argus Pro, it is also somewhat smaller, yet the appearance looks very familiar. You see, the identical manufacturing was used, which means the X has a zinc alloy chassis and a leather grip available in litchi leather/red, litchi leather/blue, denim/silver, carbon fiber/black, and vintage grey/silver. On the mod’s control face, we have the previously mentioned display screen, a fire button, and a conveniently located USB-C port.
