Geekvape AP2 Overview

The Geekvape AP2 is the follow-up to the Geekvape Aegis Pod Kit and is also known as the Geekvape Aegis Pod 2. With dimensions of only 35mm x 17.5mm x 90mm, this new setup looks much smaller than its predecessor, and many new color options exist. Choose from green camo, blue camo, red camo, gray camo, red, blue, rainbow, or black.

The AP2 is also said to be the toughest and very portable pod kit in the vape marketplace and features an enhanced design for better durability thanks to a new metallic shell. And the kit features an IP67 rating, meaning it can be submerged in water for up to 30 minutes while being dustproof.

On the front of the device is where you will find the control face built with a multi-use button that not only fires the device but also permits changing the output to any of the three available settings. Pressing this button five times activates a child safety lock, while three presses changes the voltage output.

Powered by an integrated 900mAh battery, the Geekvape AP2 will last longer than its predecessor without a recharge. A Type-C USB port on the bottom permits fast recharging with an included cable.

Vape juice inside this new kit is stored inside a 4.5mL cartridge that attaches to the mod via powerful magnets. This pod is leakproof and features a side-fill port making refilling the reservoir quite simple.

The AP2 uses the same G Series coils as its predecessor, with 6 options in the infographic below. With purchase, you will get the 0.8ohm coil that fires from 12 to 15 watts and the 0.6ohm version with an output capacity of 13 to 18 watts.

Switching between mouth-to-lung (MTL) and restricted direct-to-lung puffs (RDL) is simple. To do so, rotate the pod position to match with a small hole on the mod (MTL) or no hole (RDL).
