Design

The Pico X’s appearance looks similar to previous iStick Pico Mods, but the new device has a brand ergonomic rubber finish that feels smooth and comfortable in the hand. The color options are silver, green, red, blue and black.

From a size perspective, this mini mod has dimensions of 50mm x 31mm x 73mm, so it is quite portable and easy to place in the pocket or purse.

On the control face, there is an ergonomic fire button and a 0.69 inch display screen that shows vape data horizontally. The indicators displayed on the screen depend on which of the three optional interfaces you pick (voltage interface, puff interface or time interface). Making adjustments to the screen occurs via a plus and minus button at the bottom of the device.

Technical Details

The iStick Pico X Box Mod uses a single 18650 battery that is located underneath an easy screw cap at the top. A micro USB charging system allows for recharging the cell and this interface is also utilized for firmware upgrades.

In the operation department, the mod can operate in bypass, variable wattage and temperature control mode (nickel, titanium, stainless steel) with up to 75 watts of power or a max 600 degree Fahrenheit temperature.

Unique to the X is also an intelligent wattage recommendation system that will automatically let you know the best wattage for your atomizer’s coil.

And, there is a plethora of safety features including short circuit, overpuff, reverse battery, high current, overcharge and over-discharge protections.
