Overview
Design-wise, the XLUM Mod measures 86mm x 48mm x 30mm and weighs 120g. Overall, the device looks to be portable for and light enough for easy transportation. The body of the XLUM is made from zinc alloy and has available color finish options of blue, rainbow, red, silver/black and space grey. The control face is on one of the large sides of the mod and is made with a modernly shaped full color TFT display. Vape data includes the current time, two battery bars, current power, voltage, resistance and more. The fonts feature a wide range of colors, but it is uncertain if these are customizable. Underneath the display, you will see a black fire button, while at the buttom there are a plethora of LED lights in a triangular shape that “dance” when the XLUM Box Mod is fired and should be customizable in the settings menu. On the back of the mod is where you install the dual 18650 batteries (sold seperately) that power the XLUM. Simply remove the magnetic cover to expose the battery bay and plug the unit into any micro USB port to recharge the cells lightning fast thanks to a 2 amp charging system. On the technical side, the Kanger XLUM Box Mod is capable of power mode and temperature control with all the standard heating elements such as nickel, titanium and stainless steel. Coil resistance ranges from 0.05ohm to 3 ohm, so the mod will easily work with the majority of atomizers out there.
