Overview

The AK 60 by Advken is a high tech box mod that allows up to 60 watts of power, has custom voltage ramps as your fire, supports all coil wire types for temperature control including TCR mode and has one-of-a-kind anti-dry burning protection technology.

The device is made from zinc alloy, has measurements of 73mm x 45mm x 32mm and is available in all black or red with a black battery door. Other colors will soon be released. At the top of the unit, there’s a 510 connection bezel for maximum compatibility. The control face is built with a black power button, two black adjustment buttons and a USB port for charging the external 18650 battery and firmware upgrades. The cell is conveniently stored behind a magnetic battery door which can also be purchased seperately, so you can swap them for a new look. The mod also features a bright OLED that displays all the current information such as wattage, voltage, temperature, resistance and battery level.

The AK60 Box Mod has a power range of 1 watt to 60 watts and features variable temperature operation with all coil types including nickel, titanium and stainless steel. Temperature is controllable from 100 to 300 Celsius or 200 to 600 Fahrenheit. There’s also a TCR mode where you can set the temperature coefficient of resistance for your coil wire for more accurate temperature control. The unit can also be fired in a non-regulated bypass mode for more advanced users or “out diy” mode which allows for custom voltage ramps as you vape. Perhaps the best aspect of this device is the anti dry burning technology which ensures the longevity of your atomizer’s coil and prevents dry hits.
