Overview
The Desire Cut Squonk Mod is the result of collaboration between Desire and Project Sub-Ohm. This advanced mod features 108 watts of power, 21700 battery compatibility, a full temperature control suite, a 0.96 inch OLED display, low 0.08 resistance capability, a 7ml internal squonk bottle, a magnetic door and a hollow 510 threaded connection.
Design-wise, the Cut Squonker features zinc alloy construction and an ergonomic form factor making it easy to hold . The overall appearance is elegant and the mod is available in black with blue buttons (large triangular fire button with dual adjustment buttons). On the control face, you will find a 0.96 inch OLED display that indicates vape data in a diagonal arrangement. Indicators include a project sub ohm logo on start up, current wattage/temperature, current voltage, current mode, atomizer resistance, current output current, dual battery bars and puff counts. Inside the Project Sub Ohm Edition of the Cut Squonk Mod, you will find a 7ml squonk bottle as well as the battery bay, both of which are easily accessed via a magnetic battery door panel. The mod accepts both a single 18650 or a more powerful 21700 cell for extended vape times.
On the back of the Desire Cut, you will see a micro USB port for charging and firmware upgrades. At the top of the Desire Cut, you will see a 510 threaded connection bezel that is made from stinaless steel with a springloaded BF pin that is gold plated for conducitivity. Technically, the Desire Cut is capable of 108 watts of power, a 0.08 resistance, 35A output and temperature control up to 600 Fahrenheit. The temperature control system accepts titanium, nickel and stainless steel atomizer heating elements.
